Adoption Fees

Pricing may vary slightly depending on the individual kitten’s quality, lineage, structure, and overall development. Because each kitten is unique, all babies are individually evaluated and priced accordingly. Prices are subject to change as kittens grow and develop.

Our kittens are cherished members of our family, and placing them in loving, well-matched homes is something we take very seriously. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. In some cases, we may determine that a particular breed may not be the best fit for a family’s lifestyle, or that we may not be the right breeder for their needs. Our priority will always be the long-term happiness and well-being of both our kittens and the families who welcome them home.

Breeding Rights

In most cases, we do not offer breeding rights. This decision is never based on greed—it comes from our deep love for the breeds we work with and our commitment to protecting their future.

Our kittens are raised to be cherished family companions, not simply breeding animals. We invest an extraordinary amount of time, care, socialization, education, and hands-on effort into every kitten we produce.

That said, if you are genuinely committed to becoming an ethical breeder with a focus on improving the breed, limited breeding rights may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pricing for approved breeding rights begins at $6,500+.

Please be upfront about your intentions from the beginning. Purchasing a kitten at pet pricing with plans to later request breeding rights is not acceptable. All pet kittens are spayed/neutered before leaving our cattery (international clients may inquire about exceptions).

Payment Plans

We understand that many families have the best intentions, but we cannot allow any kitten to leave our care until payment has been made in full.

If you would like to make smaller payments over time before your kitten is ready or prior to an upcoming litter being born, we are happy to discuss pre-payment arrangements.

Why do we have this policy?

Life happens. Family emergencies happen. Unexpected expenses happen. When difficult situations arise, kitten payments understandably become less of a priority—and we never want families placed in that position.

Deposit Policy

We are unable to hold a kitten, reserve your place, or make travel arrangements without first receiving a non-refundable deposit.

For serious buyers, we are happy to arrange an in-person meeting or video call when you are ready to move forward.

While deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred toward another available kitten, product, or approved service if needed.

Please understand that our time is limited and deeply committed to the families already part of our cattery family—current deposit holders, past families needing mentorship, hand-feeding sessions, veterinary care, deliveries, and the daily hands-on care our kittens require.

Our kittens are raised with exceptional dedication, and the level of care involved goes far beyond that of the average household pet.

Waiting List

If you are interested in one of our Rare Bengal Kittens or European Maine Coon Kittens, we strongly recommend planning ahead.

If owning a PSC kitten is important to you, please:

• Discuss the decision with your spouse, partner, or family first

• Complete our application

• Join our waiting list once approved

Approved families with deposits receive regular updates, litter announcements, and delivery planning information.

Selections are made in the order deposits are received. However, if the available kittens are not the right match, your priority can carry over to future litters until you find your perfect companion.

We love helping families find the right fit—our own version of playing matchmaker with our babies.

Reservation Details

A deposit is required to reserve your kitten selection. Deposits are typically approximately one-third of the kitten’s purchase price, though we may consider flexibility depending on individual circumstances.

All kittens must be paid in full before leaving our cattery.

Families are welcome to choose based on what matters most to them:

• Breed traits

• Or simply the connection they feel
